Transactions involving failed processing of payments or unfulfilled orders are generally being considered eligible for refund upon investigation. But for incorrect transactions made or voluntary cancellation requests, especially if the reason is non substantial, merchants usually employs a strict rule which often times resulted into a declined request.

- Once approved for cancellation or for refund, some merchants can process the cancellation or refund on the end which directly credits back your GCash wallet while other merchants coordinate with GCash directly for refund assistance
