GCash Flashback: Your GCash Year in Review! 🎉

Starting December 16, take a fun and interactive journey through your year with GCash. Flashback highlights your unique GCash moments, showing how you've made the most of the app throughout the year. 

Your GCash Flashback shows your GCash activities from December 2023 to November 15, 2024. To see your other transactions, check out your GCash Transaction History.

How to find GCash Flashback 2024

Note: Some GCash Flashback features may be unavailable for select regions or users.

Here’s where you can find and view your Flashback 2024 on your GCash app:

1. Tap Profile > Flashback 2024

2. On the GCash homepage, tap the cards featuring Flashback 2024

3. On the GCash homepage, tap Merry GCash. You will see Flashback 2024 at the bottom of the Merry GCash page.

How to claim the A+ Rewards Voucher

Once you finish going through your GCash Flashback you will be given a surprise gift. Tap Open your Surprise Gift > Open your Mystery Gift. 

Afterwards, select Claim Voucher and you will be led to the A+ Rewards Voucher page.

If you were not able to claim your A+ Rewards Voucher after viewing your GCash Flashback, here’s how to find it:

1. On your GCash app, tap A+ Rewards
2. Tap Vouchers > Vouchers
3. Once you select the voucher, you may view voucher information such as how to use it, expiration, and other guidelines

If you can’t see your A+ Rewards Voucher or you can’t apply your voucher, please try the following:

• Make sure you complete the whole GCash Flashback 2024 to receive your voucher reward
• Restart your GCash app. You can also try these other troubleshooting steps
• Access Flashback 2024 at a later time
