I’m having problems with my Account Recovery in GCash

Account recovery is temporarily unavailable. If you have a new mobile number, please request a fund transfer.
If you tried to do Account Recovery but encountered an error, read this guide to learn possible reasons why you’re having an issue and what you can do to fix it.
- Mismatched Information - Double-check the information you provided (MPIN, personal details, face scan), ensuring all details match what you used in the registered account. Then, please try the recovery process again.
- "Something Went Wrong" Error - Retry the account recovery process and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Account Recovery Already Performed - You can only perform Account Recovery ONCE. If you’ve previously done this, please request a transfer of funds and services instead.
- New Number is Already Registered to GCash - If your new mobile number already has a GCash account, it cannot be used in Account Recovery. You may need to create a new GCash account with a different number.
- Not Fully Verified Account - If your GCash account is basic or not fully verified, you cannot perform Account Recovery. Instead, create a new GCash account with your new number, get Fully Verified, and file a request to transfer funds or services from your old account to your new one.
