I can’t pay using GCash Watch Pay. What should I do?

If you cannot pay or get an error using Watch Pay, please make sure your GCash Wallet is properly linked to your Watch.

Please also double-check if Watch Pay is available on your watch. Currently, Watch Pay is only available to Huawei wearables. If the issue persists, try restarting your watch.
