How do I claim money sent via GCash Padala?

When someone sends you money via GCash Padala, you will receive an SMS with a reference number and the amount sent. Here’s how to claim the money:

Via Partner Outlet

Go to the nearest Partner Outlet and provide the reference number, name, amount, and 1 valid ID. Here’s the list of accepted IDs:

If the amount is over PHP 5,000, you must claim it at a Partner Outlet.

Via GCash App

Download the GCash app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, and create an account with the same number. Your funds will be credited to your GCash wallet upon successful registration. 

Note: You have 15 days to claim the money. If it isn’t claimed within this time, the amount will be automatically returned to the sender’s GCash account without the service fee.
