I already paid my GGives but it’s not reflecting yet. What should I do?
If you’ve paid your GGives but it hasn’t been updated in your account, here’s what you can do:
- Open your GCash app and go to Borrow > GGives
- Tap on your loan account
- Check your GGives payment page for any issues with your account
The payment processing time depends on how you paid:
- Pay Bills: 3 business days
- GGives dashboard: Instant confirmation
- Payment partners: 1 business day
