I’m trying to use RCBC Scan to Withdraw, but it says I’ve reached the maximum codes generated. What should I do?

You may encounter the error “Sorry, try again tomorrow. You have reached the maximum Cash Out codes generated for the day.” if you have three (3) unclaimed and expired QR codes for the day.

If you’ve reached the limit, the RCBC Scan to Withdraw service will be temporarily locked for 24 hours for your security. In the meantime, you can Cash Out through these ways:

• Visit other GCash Partner Outlets to cash out
• Use your GCash Card to withdraw via other BancNet ATMs
