My child’s GCash Jr. account is on hold. How can they access it?
If your child can't log in, their account may have been restricted or put on hold due to:
- GCash Basic accounts being deactivated if not fully verified within the past 12 months, as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
- The provided verification details are found to be inaccurate or not genuine. Parent needs to double-check and resubmit the correct info.
- Your child’s GCash Jr. account being on hold or restricted.
- Your GCash account being on hold or restricted
- A directive from a government agency, court, law, or regulation to limit the account.
- Inactivity in the GCash Wallet is defined as no financial activity or a zero balance for at least six months since the last transaction.
