I cannot create a GCash Jr. account for my child
If you're having trouble creating a GCash Jr. account for your child, it might be because:
- You're not a Fully Verified GCash user.
- Your GCash account is restricted or on hold.
- You’re 17 years old or younger.
- Your child is already linked to a parent account
If Your Child’s Mobile Number Already Has an Account:
If you can’t create an account because there’s already one for your child’s number, the SIM may have been used before and is linked to another GCash account.
