How can I transfer my child’s funds from their old GCash Jr. account to a new one?
Before requesting a transfer of funds, please be reminded that the following features will not be transferred to your child’s new account:
- Information from your previous account
- Transaction History
- GScore
- GForest
What do I need to do before I can transfer the funds?
- Delete the old account - Click here to file a request to delete the old GCash Jr. account of your child
- Create a new GCash Jr. account - Enroll a new GCash Jr. account with your child’s new mobile number.
- Fully verify your child’s new GCash Jr. account - You can't proceed with the next step if your child’s account is not fully verified.
How do I request a transfer of funds from the GCash Jr. account of my child?
Once your child’s new account is verified, click here to file a request for a fund transfer from your child’s old account to the new one. Please attach the following documents required:
- Valid IDs: Choose from the Passport, National ID (Card type), ePhil ID (Paper type) or Student ID.
- Selfie: A clear photo of yourself holding your valid ID.
- *Affidavit of Loss: Required if your SIM is lost, stolen, defective, or expired.
After submission, a customer service specialist will handle your request and update you within 48 hours.
