How do I delete my child’s GCash Jr. account?
Before deleting your child's GCash Jr. account, check out the following reminders:
- Only the parent who registered the GCash Jr. account can delete it. If the parent is unavailable (deceased or absent), the account can be deleted by:
- The other parent
- Legal guardian
- Grandparent
- Sibling (must be at least 21 years old)
- Minor’s custodian (must be at least 21 years old)
- The GCash Jr. account must be Fully Verified before it can be deleted.
- Once deleted, the GCash Jr. account will no longer be accessible. However, data will be kept in GCash’s systems for five years, following Republic Act 9160.
How to Delete Your Child’s GCash Jr. Account:
- Empty the wallet balance of the GCash Jr. account.

Prepare these documents:
- A copy of your child’s valid ID (Passport, Student ID, or National ID)
- A copy of your own government-issued ID (like NBI Clearance, SSS ID, UMID, Driver’s License, or Passport)
- Download and fill out the Account Deletion Request Form on behalf of your child.

Submit the request to delete your child’s account by including the following:
- A photo of your child’s valid ID
- The completed Account Deletion Request Form
GCash will only use the collected data to verify your identity and process the deletion. Once your identity is validated, we will start deleting the GCash Jr. account.
