I didn't receive the money sent using Send with a Clip or Send to Many. What should I do?

If someone sends you money using Send with a Clip or Send to Many, you should CLAIM the money within 72 hours to receive it in your GCash wallet.

How to claim money

1. Tap Inbox on the GCash app
2. Open the notification in the app inbox
3. Tap Open Clip and then select Claim Money.

What happens if the funds aren’t claimed?

If the recipient does not claim the amount within 72 hours, it will be returned to the sender’s GCash wallet automatically.
