Note: You can only change your name or birthdate if there is an update in your civil status, a minor misspelling or error of your name, or birthdate, or a legal change of name.
Also, you must be a Fully Verified GCash user before proceeding.

First, here are the guidelines and requirements to request an update on name or birthdate:

Change of surname due to change in civil status |
A clear and readable picture of the latest government ID with an updated surname or marriage certificate |
Minor misspelling | A clear and readable picture of a valid government ID |
Legally changed their name | A clear and readable legal document as proof of a change of name |
Now, follow the steps below:

STEP 2: Input all the required information.
STEP 3: Attach the specific requirement for the type of request (see table above)
STEP 4: Tap Submit and an SMS will be sent to your GCash registered mobile number when the changes to your profile have been updated. Your profile will be updated within 72 hours.
