As this is a security measure, we must ensure that your funds are safe and are only accessible to you. You'll be locked out from claiming your remittance if the reference number was incorrectly entered three (3) times. You may try re-entering your reference number again after 24 hours.
Please ensure that there are no errors or mistypes to avoid being locked out.
