You may keep seeing the "Please update your personal profile now" prompt whenever you log in to your GCash App. We apologize for this experience and we are currently working on to fix this issue. However, there is a way to resolve the problem. Just update your email on the GCash App.
Step 1. Tap the Menu icon on the upper left of the screen.
Step 2. Tap the right arrow near your account status.
Step 3. Edit your "Email" field.
Step 4. Input your MPIN and tap enter.
Step 5. Input your desired email address and tap "Next".
Step 6. Input the verification code sent to your email and tap "Submit Code".
You'll receive an in-app confirmation message on your successful email address change. This should solve the issue for you.
