If you lost your SIM card or your mobile phone where your GCash account is registered, you will need to contact GCash Support immediately so we can temporarily suspend your GCash account for your safety. You may cull us at 2882, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the icon on the top right to submit a ticket.
The next step is replacing your old SIM card. Please contact your mobile service provider for more info on how to block the lost SIM card or phone, and how to get a new SIM card.
When you have a new SIM card using the same number, we'll just need to verify your identity. Kindly contact GCash Support to lift the suspension on your GCash account.
If you choose to get a new number, you will need to register to GCash with your new mobile number and get verified. Your funds from the old GCash account will be transferred to your new GCash account, provided that the verification details from your old GCash account are the same.
