If you're having issues with an Online Transaction, such as:
- Unauthorized transactions;
- You were credited twice;
- Your refund request was not processed;
- Having an issue with an item you ordered online;
- Your online payment did not push through;
- Cancelling your subscription; or
- Incorrect amount or currency;
Filling up a Dispute Form is a requirement for GCash to officially process your complaint regarding your online transaction. Once you've filled it up, please send the form, along with your concern, to firstname.lastname@example.org or chat us on m.me/GCashCare.
