We're sorry to hear this. If you are the sender, double check whether or not you have enough balance in your wallet to Send Money. If you don't have enough balance, cash-in to your GCash account to be able to Send Money. To know how to Cash-In, click here.
To confirm whether or not the transaction pushed through, you can check the SMS confirmation sent by 2882 to your mobile number or request for your transaction history using the app a day after the transaction.
