Your sell order will be credited to your GCash wallet after the overall processing time. The final amount is determined first in the transaction processing time.

If you still did not receive the amount 1 business day after the overall processing time, you can file a ticket in the Help Center. When filing a ticket, follow these steps:
STEP 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.
STEP 2: Input your email address
STEP 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
STEP 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile number
STEP 5: Select GInvest > My Buy Order did not reflect in my GInvest Account as your concern category
STEP 6: Input in the text box if you have other additional information about your concern.
STEP 7: Input your Order Number
STEP 8: Tap Submit
