The standard processing time for redemption is 2-3 banking days after order placement. However, each product and/or fund provider may have differing order processing times and cutoff times.
If you still did not receive any amount after 3 business days, we can validate your transaction when you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org click on the icon on the top right to submit a ticket. with the following details:
- GCash number
- Amount of redemption
- Transaction number (As seen on SMS from 2882)
- Order number (if available
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry. Please take note that it may take some time for us to be able to reverse your transaction.
