If the fund still does not show up 1 business day after the standard processing time, you can file a ticket in the Help Center. When filing a ticket, follow these steps.
STEP 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.
STEP 2: Input your email address
STEP 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
STEP 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile number
STEP 5: Select GInvest > My Buy Order did not reflect in my GInvest account as your concern category
STEP 6: Input in the text box if you have other additional information about your concern.
STEP 7: Input your Order Number
STEP 8: Tap Submit
