The cut-off time for the processing of Atram investments is at 9AM. Any investments made after that time will be processed on the next business day.
If the fund still does not show up 3 business days after the transaction, we can validate your transaction when you message us through FB Messenger at GCash Care or email us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Subject (for email): Invest Money - Non Posting
- Details of your concern
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Date and time of transaction
- Reference ID
- Screenshots of the transaction (if any)
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry. Please take note that it may take some time for us to be able to reverse your transaction.
