How to Send Money to a Non-GCash User
- Log in to your GCash App, and tap Send Money on your dashboard.
- Tap on GCash Padala.
- Fill up the recipient's details, and tap Next.
Ensure that your recipient's details are complete, accurate, and correct.
- Review the details before confirming.
Make sure that the receiver's mobile number and personal details are correct and double-check the amount and the fee amount to be deducted. A fee will apply for the GCash Padala service. For more information, go to What are the fees when sending GCash Padala? - Confirm by tapping Pay.
The in-app receipt will show the Reference Number, fee breakdown, and your recipient's details.
You will receive an SMS to confirm your transaction. Your receiver will still need to claim the money, and they have the option to either register to GCash or claim the money at an outlet.
