If you used PayPal, WesternUnion or MoneyGram, please double check that the reference number was correct. Please verify on the receipt, that the mobile number you entered was correct. If the mobile number is wrong, refer to this article.
You can also try moving to an area with better internet reception or try restarting your GCash app.
