GCash is open to all networks so you can use any mobile number to register!
Note: It's best to register using the mobile number of the active SIM in your phone to ensure successful in-app registration, receipt of SMS notifications, and new promo offerings
Step 1. Open the GCash app and enter your mobile number. Click ‘Next’ to proceed.
Step 2. Fill in the mandatory information in the next pages to complete the registration.
Step 3. Nominate a 4-digit MPIN that you will be able to remember. Your MPIN serves as your password to access your GCash account. This will be needed for your future GCash transactions. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the registration.
NOTE: Do not share your MPIN with anyone! Official GCash representatives will never ask for your MPIN. Keep your account secure and transact only with trusted merchants and parties.
Step 4. Your registered mobile number will receive an SMS confirmation. Open the app, re-enter your mobile number, then proceed to the next steps to log in.
Step 5. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code via SMS in the device authentication page. Enter the code to authenticate your device.
NOTE: The authentication code is a 6-digit number which is sent to your GCash-registered number. This is used to link your GCash number to your device, allowing you to save your GCash credentials for 90 days. This means the next time you log in to the app, you only need to enter your GCash MPIN.
For your security, after 90 days, you will need to authenticate your device again. You will be automatically asked to enter your mobile number then input a new authentication code to proceed to log in.
Note: You may request for a new authentication code right away, but for the succeeding requests you'll need to wait 5 minutes.
Step 6. Enter your 4-digit GCash MPIN and click ‘Log In’ to enter the app.
Note: To log in with a different GCash account, click ‘Change Number’ at the bottom left part of the page.
You're all set! Welcome to the wonderful world of GCash!
