Please submit a ticket so we can temporarily suspend your card and assist you in getting a new GCash Card. Provide the following details in your message or email:
- Subject: Lost Card
- Details of your concern
- Your full name
- Your GCash registered mobile number
- Your GCash registered email address
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.

Note: You will need to pay PHP150 for a new card.
