Check first if you have received an SMS confirmation to validate whether or not the transaction pushed through. Some bills may take up to 3 working days before it posts depending on the biller. To see the posting guidelines for all available billers, please refer to this list. You may also contact the biller directly to check whether or not they have received your payment.
If after the prescribed time of the biller your bill still hasn't been posted, we can verify your transaction when you message us through FB Messenger at GCash Care or email us through email@example.com with the following details:
- Subject (for email): Pay Bills - Non Posting
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Date and time of transaction
- Name of biller
- Account number
- Screenshots of the transaction (if any)
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry. Please take note that it will take some time for us to be able to reverse your transaction as we coordinate with your biller.
