Please also wait up to 5 minutes to receive the confirmation text to make sure that your transaction has pushed through.
NOTE: Additional payment for billers under the Utilities category are carried over to the next billing cycle.
To request for a reversal, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the icon on the top right to submit a ticket.
Please include the following details:
- Subject (for email): Pay Bills - Double Debit
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Date and time of transaction
- Name of biller
- Account number
- Screenshots of the transaction (if any)
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry. If your reversal is approved, please take note that it will take some time for us to reverse your transaction as we coordinate with your biller.
