If the confirmation does not show up after 1 business day, visit Payments Postings to check if your transaction is still within the specified posting period. If it has exceeded the allotted period and there has been no posting from the biller about the delay, you can file a ticket in the Help Center.

When filing a ticket, follow these steps.
STEP 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.
STEP 2: Input your GCash-registered email address
STEP 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
STEP 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile number
STEP 5: Select Pay Bills > My bill payment has not been posted as your concern category
STEP 6: Input in the name of the biller
STEP 7: Input the Date and Time of the Transaction
STEP 8: Input your Amount Paid
STEP 9: Input your Biller Account Number
STEP 10: Attach your Transaction ID (if captured), screenshot of GCash confirmation, and a screenshot of your latest billing statement in the Attachments section.
STEP 11: Tap Submit
