My crypto order has not been reflected in my GCrypto Wallet. What do I do?
If your crypto order has not been reflected in your GCrypto wallet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Wallet Address
- The sender may have entered the wrong GCrypto wallet address
Wrong Blockchain Network
- The sender might have selected a blockchain network that isn’t supported for your transaction.
Missing Destination Tag
- Some cryptocurrencies require a destination tag or memo. If this wasn’t included, the transaction may fail or be delayed.
Blockchain Network Delays
- High traffic or congestion on the blockchain network could be causing a delay in your GCrypto order
