Cannot open GStocks PH

If you cannot open the GStocks PH via the GCash app, it may be due to one of these reasons:

• Our partner provider is having system maintenance. Please check back in the app at another time
• There may have been a system timeout or app issues. Try these steps to troubleshoot common app issues
• It may be because your GStocks PH account was closed. A GStocks PH account may be closed if:
  • It has been dormant with no activity and cash and stock positions for 12 months
  • The owner or surviving parties (if the owner has passed) have requested it
  • ABCSI has marked it for closure for users who exhibit fraudulent behavior
