GCredit account was permanently revoked
Your GCredit account has been permanently revoked due to any of the following reasons:
- Outstanding GCredit dues 3 months past due date - If you do not pay your GCredit dues within 3 months past your due date, your GCredit account will be permanently revoked.
- Foreign nationals - Your GCredit account will be permanently revoked if you are a foreign national because GCredit is only available for Filipinos.
- Maximum age requirement - If you have an existing GCredit account, your account will be permanently revoked once you are 65 years old.
When your account is permanently revoked, you will not be able to reactivate your GCredit account. This means you will no longer be allowed to use your GCredit for future transactions but you can still pay for your GCredit dues.
You will receive an SMS from GCash to notify you that your GCredit account has been revoked.
