GCredit was deactivated
Here are possible reasons why your GCredit account has been deactivated:
- Outstanding GCredit Dues. Settle your outstanding GCredit dues within 3 months
- Ineligible GScore. A decrease in your GScore may deactivate your GCredit account making you ineligible to use GCredit in future transactions
- Pending submission of additional details. Since CIMB Bank regularly conducts customer due diligence, you may be required to provide additional account details. Submit additional details needed to CIMB Bank
- Submission of invalid ID. The ID you submitted is either: not in the list of accepted IDs or does not match your details. Resubmit a valid ID found in the list of accepted IDs and make sure it matches your details
- Multiple GCredit accounts. Having multiple GCredit accounts under your name will deactivate all of your accounts. You must close your other GCredit accounts and maintain only one GCredit account
- You have not agreed to the terms and conditions of CIMB. Go to GCredit on your GCash dashboard to update your information and agree to CIMB’s terms and conditions.
Once you have fulfilled the requirements above, you may click here to file a request to reactivate your GCredit account.
