I did not receive bills payment confirmation. What do I do?
When you pay bills via GCash, your GCash wallet will be deducted, but the fees and posting times to your account depend on your biller.
If you did not receive a confirmation receipt of your bills payment via SMS, email or through the GCash app, here’s what you can do:

Verify if Successful: Check your GCash App Inbox or transaction history.
- If your transaction is reflected, it means it’s successful and already being processed by the biller.
- Meanwhile, if you don’t see your transaction, it means it didn’t push through. You may retry making a payment.
- Check the Posting Period: If successful, check the full list of Partner Billers and the posting times here.
If you still don’t have any confirmation or update from your biller 1 business day after the posting period, click here to ask for help.
