I sent money to the wrong GCash account via Express Send
Based on our Terms & Conditions, GCash cannot reverse Send Money transactions. When you use Send Money, you are responsible for confirming the details of your transaction when the funds are sent in real-time.
If you accidentally sent money to another person with a different number, it would be best to reach out to the wrong recipient of the funds and ask for your money back.
If you accidentally sent money to an old or inactive number of your intended recipient, the intended recipient can request to transfer those funds to their active account.
Make sure you are sending money to the right mobile number.
- Double-check the mobile number and name of the recipient before confirming the transaction
- Use Send Money via QR to scan the unique QR code of your recipient
- Update your contact list and select your recipient from your saved contacts or favorites
