Cashed in to the wrong mobile number

Based on the GCash Terms & Conditions, GCash cannot reverse Cash In transactions. When you cash in or transfer money from your bank to GCash, you are responsible for confirming the details of your transaction. 

If you mistakenly sent money to the wrong GCash account, please contact the person who received the incorrect cash in and ask for your money back.

Make sure you are cashing in to the right mobile number by linking your BPI or UnionBank account, PayPal account, or Payoneer account to GCash.
