I didn't receive my cash in/remittance in my GCash wallet
If you were unable to receive your cash in from your bank to your GCash app or your remittance from official or unofficial GCash partners, please tap which scenario best suits your concern.
Note: Please make sure you are within your Wallet and Transaction Limits to ensure you are able to receive remittances.
If you were not able to receive your cash-in, try the following to verify if your Cash In transaction was successful:
- Check your GCash Transaction History or App Inbox for any updates or notifications
- Verify that you have entered the correct mobile number for the transaction.
- Check the OTP (One-Time PIN) you entered. If you entered 3 incorrect OTPs, you will need to wait for five minutes before trying again.
If you have followed all the steps above and still have not received your funds, please click here to ask for help.
Rest assured your funds are safe with us. You will receive a confirmation message in your GCash App inbox once the Cash In has been completed.

If you were not able to receive your cash-in, try the following to verify if your Cash In transaction was successful:
- Check your GCash Transaction History for any updates with the heading “Received Remittance”
- Reach out to the sender if they sent the remittance to the correct mobile number
Remittances sent via official partners are received within 10 minutes. If you are experiencing delays with your remittance, please expect your funds to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Remittances sent via official partners are usually received within 10 minutes.
If the amount was not credited to your GCash wallet after an hour, please reach out to the sender.

If you were sent a remittance via an unofficial partner, it may have been coursed through the Instapay network by a local bank. Please note that GCash has limited visibility on transactions from unofficial partners as they have their own turnaround times and escalation procedures.
If you did not receive your remittance, please coordinate with the sender to check if the amount was reversed to their account. If the amount was not reversed to the sender’s account, please ask the sender to coordinate with the respective remittance provider.
