If you were not able to receive your cash-in, check the following to verify if your Cash In transaction was successful:
- Check your GCash Transaction History or App Inbox for any updates or notifications.
- Verify that you have entered the correct mobile number for the transaction.
- Check the OTP (One-Time Password) you entered. If you entered 3 incorrect OTPs, you will need to wait for five minutes before trying again.
- If you used PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram, make sure that the reference number provided is correct.
