Unable to link bank/partner to GCash
BPI/UnionBank
Can’t link BPI/UnionBank account
If you cannot link your account due to the error message “Invalid User ID and/or Password”, try the following steps:
- Reset your password
- Wait 24 hours after your password reset
- Log in to your bank’s app using your new credentials
- Try to link your account to your GCash account again
Note: Entering three (3) consecutive failed login attempts via the BPI Online login page on the GCash App will result in the locking of your BPI Online account. Kindly reset your BPI Online password.
Linked account with changed password
If you have a previously linked account to GCash, but changed the password to that account, you will need to re-link the account to GCash.

Disabled Internet browser banking for UnionBank
If you are experiencing this error "Unable to log in via UnionBank "You have disabled Internet browser banking." this means your mobile internet setting with UnionBank may have been disabled.
You may follow these steps to enable browser banking:
- Login to your Unionbank App
- Tap More
- Tap Login and Security
- Tap Browser Banking and select Enable Browser Banking
- Login to Unionbank again
Paypal
If you can’t link your Paypal account to GCash, double-check if you fulfill all of the requirements below:
- Your GCash account must be Fully Verified
- Make sure your PayPal account is Philippine-based and verified. This step should be completed before cashing in via PayPal to GCash
- Any changes in your account, such as name modification and verification and currency conversion, should be done via PayPal website
- For Android devices, make sure to download and install the Google Chrome browser and set it as default.

Payoneer
If you can’t log in to Payoneer when trying to link accounts, try the following steps:
- Reset your Payoneer password;
- Wait 24 hours after your Payoneer was password reset;
- Log in first to Payoneer on the website using your new credentials; and
- Try and link your Payoneer account to your GCash account again
