What is Alipay Labs SG? 

Alipay Labs SG is a payment processor for Alipay+ Rewards, which is an authorized distributor for Disney+ special packages.

Can I file for a refund?

All purchases of Disney+ subscriptions via special bundles on Alipay+ Rewards are non-refundable. 

As stated within the TNCs, “your Disney+ subscription under these packages will be automatically renewed with the updated price for another month or year depending on the package you purchased, unless you cancel your package prior to renewal.”

When will I be charged for my Disney+ subscription?

Your Disney+ subscription auto-renewal will be charged at least 2 calendar days before your subscription expires, your subscription will be auto-renewed at the updated price and you will be charged the subscription price for the subsequent month or year (depending on the package you purchased) 1 calendar day prior to the date of expiry of your existing subscription package.

What happens if my GCash balance is insufficient?

If your GCash wallet has insufficient funds, your Disney+ subscription will fail to renew for the time being.

Once your GCash wallet has sufficient funds, please expect your GCash to be charged for the renewal of your Disney+ subscription within the next 24 hours.

If your plan is cancelled but wish to continue your subscription, you can still subscribe to Disney+ Special Packages on Alipay+ Rewards.

How do I manage my Disney+ subscription? How can I check if my plan was renewed or cancelled?

To manage your current subscriptions and check if your plan was renewed or cancelled, follow the steps below: 

1. On your GCash App, tap A+ Rewards
2. Tap My Vouchers
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Select your Disney+ subscription

You may view the status of your Disney+ account on the Subscription Details page.

To raise a request for Disney+ subscription cancellation, follow the steps below:

1. On your GCash App, tap A+ Rewards
2. Tap My Rewards >
3. Tap on Customer Service Icon
4. Submit a ticket on your cancellation request 

Can I change my subscription plan?

As of the moment, Disney+ currently does not support upgrades of current subscription plans. 

How can I update my payment method?

GCash is the sole payment mode supported by Alipay Labs SG. Since the Disney+ subscription is availed via Alipay+ Rewards, you may only pay via GCash.

Can I change my mobile number for my Disney+ account?

Please send in your mobile number change request to Alipay+ Rewards:
