Book a courier via Ship & Deliver
Ship and Deliver is a feature that allows GCash users to compare prices and book courier services from Borzo, Grab, and Lalamove. Ship and Deliver is powered by Parcels PH.
Place an order
- Tap Add New Order on the Ship & Deliver page
- Select On-Demand Delivery
- Select whether to Pickup Now or Pickup Later
- If you choose Pickup Later, input the time and date you prefer your order to be picked up.
- Input the pickup and drop-off details, item details, and courier then tap Review Payment Summary

Review the payment details then tap Pay with GCash
You will be directed to the tracking page of your order where you can view its status. Depending on the courier, you may receive SMS notifications with the tracking status and link to contact your assigned rider.
Note: You will automatically be refunded in real-time via your GCash account if the driver canceled, confirmed, or did not push through with your order.
Add address
If you wish to save your information for future orders, you may add an address and contact details.
Note: You may only add up to five (5) addresses in your Address Book.
Track an order
You may refer to the table below to learn what the different order statuses mean:

| Pending | No rider confirmed yet |
| For Pick-Up | Rider is on the way to the pick up location |
| For Delivery | Rider is on the way to the recipient |
| Completed | Item has successfully been dropped off |
| Canceled |
User cancels the delivery request before the rider has arrived at the pick up point |
