Manage your GStocks PH account

If you need to update your email address or mobile number, follow these steps:

1. Update your GCash account information in the app
2. To proceed, click here to file a request to update your information on your AB Capital Trading Account

If you cannot access GStocks PH via the GCash app, it may be due to one of these reasons:

• Our partner provider is having system maintenance. Please check back in the app at another time
• There may have been a system timeout or app issues. Try these steps to troubleshoot common app issues
• If you still can't access GStocks PH and you're encountering an error message, click here to report the issue to us
• It may be because your GStocks PH account was closed. A GStocks PH account may be closed if:
  • It has been dormant with no activity and cash and stock positions for 12 months
  • The owner or surviving parties (if the owner has passed) have requested for it
  • ABCSI has marked it for closure for users that exhibit fraudulent behavior

If you wish to close your AB Capital Trading Account, follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the Account Closure form
2. Click here to file a request to close your GStocks PH and make sure to attach the accomplished Account Closure form
