I lost my phone. How can I set up my Okta Verify App again in my GCashPro Portal?
You may still use email authentication to login to your account. Once logged in, you will be able to set up your Okta Verify again.
If I do not have access to my email, send a request to partnersupport@gcash.com to initiate a multi factor authentication reset. Upon completion of the rest, you will be required to set up MFA upon login.
