Manage your GCashPro account on the GPRO portal
Existing merchants may find their Merchant ID in the weekly or monthly usage report sent to them from their account manager.
New merchants can easily find their Merchant ID on the Account Settings page or through the drop-down menu of the QR code generator.
You may change your password by clicking Account > Security on the dashboard. If you have previously enabled security questions, you will need to answer your security questions before you can reset your password.
Your password must contain letters and numbers, at least 1 special character, and should be at least 8 characters long.
Note: Your new password must be different from your previous passwords. Avoid easily guessable passwords like your username or birthday.
- On your GCash Pro login page, click Forgot Password
- Input the email address used during your application then click Submit
- Use the temporary password sent via email to login
- Once logged in, click Account Settings > Security
- Click Change Password
- Answer your security questions
- Input your new password then click Submit
Upon login, you will be asked to set up security questions. You can change the security questions by clicking Account > Security on the dashboard.
Upon first login, your default authentication is via email. To further secure your account, enable another authentication method: SMS or Okta Verify App.
- Click Account > Security > SMS Authentication
- Input your mobile number then click Send OTP
- Enter the authentication code you received then click Submit
- You can choose to change your default authentication method
- Download Okta Verify App on the Google Play Store or Apple Store
- On the GCashPro dashboard, click Account > Security > Okta Verify App
- Scan the QR code shown on the screen using your Okta Verify app. The code expires in 10 minutes
