1. Update your GCash App to the latest version to be able to view the Merry GCash promo.

2. Login page of GCash App will feature Merry GCash theme once updated.

3. After successful log in, you will see your homepage with the Merry GCash background and app banner at the bottom.

4. Click on the Merry G banner to join the promos.

MERRY-G GRAND RAFFLE GIVEAWAY

Promo Mechanics:

1. Participants must have a registered and fully verified GCash account to receive and redeem their reward.
2. To get a chance to win a prize in the GCash MerryG raffle.
   • • Participants must successfully transact in any of the fourteen (14) GCash services below to earn a ticket (Parol). For every prescribed GCash service, the first transaction (minimum P100) will earn one (1) parol a day except for Special GCash Services (e.g. 1 Pay Qr Transaction = 1 Parol).

3. The Parol will be credited within 48 hours.
4. Users must formally enter the parols they earned into the raffle draw 
5. Special GCash Services. Participants are able to earn multiple parols per day by transacting with any one of the three Special GCash services below (minimum spend P100). (e.g. 3 GLoan transactions = 3 parols in a day)
6. Participants are limited to earning only twenty-five (25) tickets (Parols) per day during the raffle period. 
7. Participants are only able to earn tickets (Parols) during the raffle period (  November 28, 2022 - December 15, 2022). 
8. Participants are only able to earn 1 ticket (Parol) per day for each service aforementioned during the raffle period. However, participants are able to earn multiple tickets per transaction (minimum PHP 100) by using these three (3) services in a day.
9. Once a parol is earned, users must enter their parols into the raffle draw by shaking or swiping their phone. Parols entered into the draw will serve as a chance for user to win a prize during the draw dates.
10. All parols entered into the raffle after a user shakes or swipes their phone are non-expiring and will be valid for both the 1st draw on Dec 2 as well as the 2nd draw on Dec 16.
11. Participants will be able to see their up-to-date parol wallet ‘Christmas Village’ every six in the evening  (6:00 pm) every day to see how many parols have been entered into the Raffle draw. 
12. There are three (2) Announcements of Winners Dates in which participants can win various prizes by participating in the MerryG Raffle. 
    1. • 1st Raffle Draw: December 2, 2022; Announcement of Winners: December 5, 2022
       • 2nd Raffle Draw: December 16, 2022; Announcement of Winners: December 19, 2023
13. A participant can only win one (1) out of two (2) of the Raffle draw dates

Voucher Rewards

Q: Where can I see the Merry GCash vouchers? 

A: From the GCash app, click on the Merry GCash banner that can be found under the dashboard and you will be led to the Merry GCash page. From here, you may look for specific vouchers that you want to use.

Q: How do I claim a Merry GCash voucher?

A: Click on the specific promo and click the “claim now” button. The voucher should automatically be transferred to your GCash voucher pocket

Q: Why can’t I claim my discount voucher?

A: Our partner vouchers are subject to limited availability. Check back tomorrow for a new set of vouchers to be displayed on the Merry GCash page!

Q: Why can’t I use my claimed voucher?

A: Make sure that you have met the minimum transaction amount indicated in the voucher mechanics. Some of our use cases also require you to be fully verified before you can make a transaction. Go through our verification process to be able to transact in features such as GLife, QR Payments and Online Payments.

Q: Why can’t I claim more than one voucher?

A: We have a maximum claiming of 1 voucher per GCash user for each reward. This is so that everyone can have an opportunity to enjoy the rewards. Don’t worry, you can also claim other vouchers from our other merchant partners – or wait tomorrow for the vouchers to refresh.

Parol Earnings

Q: How many parols do I have? 

A: You may check your parol wallet. The parol wallet is an indication on how many parols they have earned in a given day during the raffle duration.

Q: I have already done my transaction (min. 100 PHP) but I still don't have a parol? 

A: All transaction will automatically reflect as parols within the next 48 hrs.

Q: It's been 48 hours already, why haven't I received my parol yet? 

A: Here are possible reasons why you haven't received your parol yet:

• Transaction was not eligible to earn a parol (eg. not within transaction period, did not reach minimum of P100)
• You exceeded daily Parol earning per day (limited to 25 per day)
• You were unable to enter the parol within 24 hrs, thus parol expired already
• Note: Participants are only able to earn tickets (Parols) during the raffle period (November 28, 2022 - December 15, 2022).

Q: Are there individuals who are not eligible to join the promo?

A: Yes, the following individuals are not eligible to join the promo: 

• Employees, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and representatives of GCash. Partner agents of GCash including their affiliates and subsidiary companies. 
• Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.
