A: You will be charged upon purchase of the Disney+ early offer special package. You may start to enjoy Disney+ content from November 17, 2022 onwards. Do note that your Disney+ subscription period will start from November 17, 2022 to November 16, 2023 if you purchase a bundle from Alipay+ Rewards during the early offer period.

Q: What happens if I purchased a special bundle for Disney+ through Alipay+ Rewards after the early offer period?

A: The early offer prices will only be applicable during the early offer period. After the early offer period ends, you may check in again to Alipay+ Rewards to view the latest available special packages.

Q: I would like to request for a refund on the Disney+ early offer subscription I purchased through a special bundle on Alipay+ Rewards.

A: All purchases of Disney+ subscription via special bundles on Alipay+ Rewards are non-refundable.

Q: I bought a Disney+ annual mobile subscription through the special bundle on Alipay+ Rewards and would like to upgrade to an annual premium subscription

A: We currently do not support upgrades. However, we are looking into it, and will update our Alipay+ Rewards users once this is available.
