A: All purchases of Disney+ subscription via special bundles on Alipay+ Rewards are non-refundable.

I bought a Disney+ annual mobile subscription through the Early Offer special bundle on Alipay+ Rewards and would like to upgrade to an annual premium subscription

A: We currently do not support upgrades. However, we are looking into it, and will update our Alipay+ Rewards users once this is available.

I would like to change my payment method to credit card for my existing Disney+ subscription payments under the special bundle I purchased on Alipay+ Rewards

Where can I access Disney+?

I have a Disney+ subscription purchased through a special bundle on Alipay+ Rewards. How do I access the content?

A: You may follow the instructions below

On your iOS / Android app

1. Download the Disney+ application from your Apple App store or Google Play Store
2. Enter your Disney+ registered mobile number to login
3. You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; Enter the 4-digit code onto the app > Click ‘Continue’
4. Start watching!

On your desktop browser (supported on premium plan only)

1. Visit the Disney+ Webiste
2. Enter your Disney+ registered mobile number to login
3. You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; Enter the 4-digit code onto the website > Click ‘Continue’
4. Start watching!

I purchased Disney+ through a special bundle from Alipay+ Rewards, however, I received an error when I try to login to Disney+.

A: Please ensure you have logged in with the phone number that you indicated when you purchased the Disney+ early offer special package on Alipay+ Rewards. If the above still returns an unsuccessful result, please proceed to submit a ticket on Alipay+ Rewards platform.

Steps to submitting a ticket:

I’m having trouble signing in because Disney+ says my OTP is incorrect. However, I have entered the correct OTP.

I would like to change my mobile number for my Disney+ login access.

A: Change of mobile number is not supported currently. 

I bought a Disney+ mobile plan, however, I am unable to view the content on my laptop/TV

A: The Disney+ mobile plan is only compatible with phones and tablets. You may opt to subscribe to the Disney+ premium plan to unlock the compatibility with 2 additional devices (Laptop and TV)

How do I cancel my Disney+ subscription purchased via a special bundle on Alipay+ Rewards ?

What do I do if I inputted the wrong mobile number for my Disney+ subscription?

A: Visit A+ Rewards, and click on My Rewards. Once in My Rewards, click on the call center icon to request for a refund.

• Never share your MPIN or OTP (authentication code), or answers to your Security Questions with anyone. GCash will never ask for this from you 
• If you have a GCash Mastercard, you can still access the funds of your wallet through your nominated 6-digit Card PIN.
