Can’t access your account
If you can’t access your account, it may be due to one of the following:
- Your account is dormant
- Your account is closed or expired
- Ongoing partner system maintenance or downtime
If you can’t access your account due to another reason, click here to ask us for help
To keep your account active, make sure that you have transactions such as cash deposits and withdrawals at least once every six months.
The monthly dormancy charge on your savings account is PHP 30 and will be debited directly from your EzySave+ savings account.
Change mobile number
Tap here to learn how to update the mobile number linked to your GCash account. Once you follow the steps in that article, the mobile number linked to your #UNOready@GCash account will also be updated within 14 days.
Account is closed or expired
An EzySave+ account that remains to be unfunded within 365 days after account opening will be closed. Accounts that have no recorded activity within 2 years from account opening will also be closed.
A notification will be sent to you prior to account closure which will advise on when you will be allowed to transfer your funds from your EzySave+ to your GCash wallet. Alternatively, Maybank will notify you post-account closure on how to redeem your money through your Maybank branch of account.
Maybank also reserves the right and is authorized to suspend, terminate, remove, disable or discontinue access to or use of the account without prior notice due to any violation of the Bank’s Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, rules, policies and regulations.
Close your EzySave+ account
Before deleting or closing your EzySave+ bank account, please ensure to withdraw all your remaining funds. Please visit any Maybank branch to file for the request and bring 1 Valid ID.
