How do I compute my Average Daily Balance?
The Average Daily Balance is the total of all your End-of-Day Balances for a month divided by the number of days in that month.

How do I avail of my Personal Accident Insurance?
Your EzySave+ account comes with a free personal accident insurance of up to Php1,000,000. To qualify, your Average Daily Balance (ADB) must be at least Php50,000. Insurance coverage is 2x of your previous month’s ADB up to Php1,000,000. To claim, you may visit your Branch of account.

What will happen to my account if I lose or change my mobile number?
You will not be able to access your GCash App including your EzySave+ because you can only have one GCash wallet per mobile number.
You may still access your EzySave+ account via your Maybank2U (M2U) PH mobile app.
Visit a Maybank Branch to update your mobile number so you can perform transactions via your M2U app. For any concern on your EzySave+ account, you may call the Maybank Customer Care hotline.

How will my promotional bonus cash credit be computed and when will I earn it?
The bonus cash credit will be applied to the 90 day average daily balance of your new EzySave+ account. The cash credit will be charged to your EzySave+ account after the 90 day period.

How do I close my EzySave+ account?
Please visit any Maybank branch to file for the request and bring 1 Valid ID.
Note: Valid IDs include UMID, Driver’s License, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Postal ID, HDMF ID, National ID/Philsys Id, Passport, AFP ID, Senior Citizen ID, and PWD ID.

When will an EzySave+ account be closed?
An EzySave+ account that remains to be unfunded within 365 days after account opening will be closed. Accounts that have no recorded activity within 2 years from account opening will also be closed.
Maybank also reserves the right and is authorized to suspend, terminate, remove, disable or discontinue access to or use of the account without prior notice due to any violation of the Bank’s Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, rules, policies and regulations.

How can I get my money if my account was closed?
A notification will be sent to you prior to account closure which will advise on when you will be allowed to transfer your funds from your EzySave+ to your GCash wallet. Alternatively, Maybank will notify you post-account closure on how to redeem your money through your Maybank branch of account.

How do I keep my account from being dormant?
To keep your account active, make sure that you have transactions such as cash deposits and withdrawals at least once every six months.

How much is the dormancy fee?
The monthly dormancy charge on your savings account is Php30.00 and will be debited directly from your EzySave+ savings account.
