If you have errors linking your GCash Card, perform the following troubleshooting steps to fix things on your end.
Restart the GCash App

- Tap the Recent apps button,
- Look for GCash and swipe it to the side until it disappears to close the app.
- Re-launch the GCash App.

- Look for GCash and swipe it up until it disappears to close the app.
- Re-launch the GCash App.

Clear app cache
Follow these steps to clear cache and give your GCash App a speed boost.

- Launch Settings, then go to your App Manager.
- Tap GCash.
- Tap Internal Storage
- Tap Clear Cache.
- Launch the GCash App.

- On your GCash App, tap Change Number on the Login Screen.
- Enter your GCash-registered number, then tap Next.
- Log in with your MPIN.

Ensure that your GCash App is updated
- Go to the App Store/Play Store, then tap Update if a new version of GCash is available.
- Enable auto-update to get regular updates.

- Go to the Play Store and tap Settings from the sidebar menu.
- Select Auto-update apps, then select your preferred option:
- Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
- Tap Done.

- Toggle App Updates under Automatic Downloads.
